Jutta Heine is a German athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
She competed for Germany in the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the 200 metres where she won a silver medal, she the ran in the 4 x 100 metres where she won a second Silver medal with her team mates Martha Langbein, Annie Biechl and Brunhilde Hendrix.
