Justin Smiley (born on November 11, 1981 in Ellabell, Georgia) is an offensive lineman in the NFL. He currently plays for the San Francisco 49ers. He was drafted by the 49ers in the 2nd round (46th overall) in the 2004 NFL Draft. He went to University of Alabama.

Smiley has excellent quickness, a great burst off the line, moves well laterally, and can block on the run. A natural pull-and-trap blocker who can stay in front of the running back on a sweep. He understands the game, gets great position, and walls off defenders. He gets a great punch and uses his hands well when pass blocking. He has solid footwork and can handle defenders who shoot the gaps. He doesn't have great size or strength for a guard. He needs to improve his lower-body strength and will never be a top drive blocker. He doesn't always bend properly and will lose leverage at times.

In his free time he enjoys playing high stakes blackjack in Las Vegas at the Palms.
