Justin Richards (born 16 October 1980 in West Bromwich) is a footballer for Boston United on loan from Peterborough United, despite strong interest from Burton Albion for his signature. He has previously played for West Bromwich Albion, Bristol Rovers, Colchester United, Stevenage Borough (joining the club immediately after a loan spell in the first three months of 2003) and Woking.

Scored his first goal for the club and in league football in the 2-0 win over MK Dons on 6th October, 2006.
