Justin Huish (born January 9, 1975 in Fountain Valley, California) is an internationally known archer. Growing up, his parents ran an archery pro shop, but Justin did not take up shooting until he was fourteen. He practiced by standing on his neighbor's lawn and shooting arrows across the street, through the front door of the garage, through the back door of the garage and into a target in his back yard. When he was fifteen he won his first local tournament and made the US archery team at eighteen.

Huish won gold medals for the Men's Individual and Team Competition in the 1996 Summer Olympics. He had a somewhat dramatic appearance, with wraparound shades, a background baseball cap, a ponytail, and an earring. His performance was later credited in encouraging Geena Davis to take up archery herself.[citation needed]

He had earned a spot to compete in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, but was arrested February 15, 2000 and charged with possession of marijuana for sale. As a result, he resigned his place and was replaced by Rod White of Waterloo, Iowa. He pleaded no contest in May 2001 and was sentenced to 120 days in jail, serving about three months of that in a work furlough program.

He tried out for the 2004 Olympics, but failed to make the U.S. team.
