[edit] Premise
The Wonder Showzen puppets explore the good old days of southern "hospitality", whipping slaves and giving child brides joy rides, but when Him is transformed into a cyborg, he is framed for rape and faces a mockery of a trial, where a debate about evolution ensues.
[edit] Information
-The "He-Bro" short in this episode not only parodies the He-Man franchise, but also imitates in several shots some of Filmation's memorable action shots of He-Man which they would reuse through every episode because of cheap budget solutions
-The short "Wonder Showzen Premies" is of course a carefully detailed homage to Muppet Babies
-The episode contains allusions to Roots, To Kill a Mockingbird, and Of Mice and Men.
