"Just one last dance" is a Pop/Soul ballad performed by German pop star Sarah Connor and featuring her husband Marc Terenzi's band 'Natural'. It was the 1nd single off her 3rd album Key to My Soul; and was the 2nd to last official single for Natural though it was not on any of their albums.
In the Summer of 2002 Sarah had met Marc Terenzi and the 2 soon became a couple. In 2003 they became engaged and announced she was pregnant with their first child. This led to disputes with Marc's manager boyband mogul and scammer Lou Pearlman. As she spent time in Orlando, FL with her fiance they decided to rerecord her track 'Just one last dance' on a whim. The single features mainly Sarah and Marc's vocals though his bandmates were shown in the video.
The single was released a few weeks after the birth of their son Tyler (in the video Sarah is pregnant) so Sarah was unable to promote it. However with the buzz around her and Marc and both of their fans camps buying the single it soon peaked at #1 and stayed in the top 10 for 7 weeks. It was Sarah's 3rd #1.
As for Natural it was their first #1 and by far one of their best selling singles. It was also their last promoted single and second to last single ever (with "Why it hurts" being the last). Overall 'Just one last dance' was the 22nd best-selling single in 2004 and a fan favorite. The couple continues to perform it in their concerts to this day.
