[edit] IDM
Thanks for being diligent on the Intelligent Dance Music article. That anonymous troll will tire of being reverted eventually. — mjb 22:05, 12 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Fagin the Jew
You marked this as a speedy delete on the grounds that it was a recreation of previously deleted content. But the version you tagged, while very crude and unfinished, was significantly different from the previous deleted versions in that indicated that it was about a book. ("The book Fagin the Jew was about Fagin and his story about Oliver and that he hated him and that he was cool.") There is in fact a book entitled Fagin the Jew -- indeed we already had references to it on wikipedia -- and I have rewritten this as a valid stub about that book, with sources properly cited. [edit] Popularity of WoW
Regarding your revert of a revert (end result is WoW is most popular MMORPG in the world), there was a discussion on the talk page Talk:World_of_Warcraft#Most_popular.3F regarding this exact topic. Another user pointed out that Westward Journey claims to have 56 million accounts, which is significantly higher than WoW's claimed 5 million. Since there are no independent sources that we could find on MMORPG population statistics, it essentially boiled down to one company's press release versus another company's press release, with the two giving conflicting information. In the end, the compromise "WoW is one of the most popular MMORPGs in the world" was reached. I am therefore going to revert your revert. --Arabani 20:04, 8 January 2006 (UTC)
