This article needs to be edited to read less like an advertisement or brochure. It also needs photos, an infobox, sources other than the JA website, more categories, and more history. It seems to be one of the more important international organizations reaching directly into elementary and secondary schools, so the "Mid" rating seems appropriate.--Hjal 06:15, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
