Julius Berger Nigeria PLC is a German construction company in Nigeria. It is known for constructing most of Nigeria's infrastructure, such as the Third Mainland Bridge, major expressways, and even some residential buildings for the Chevron Nigeria PLC headquarter in Lagos.

In 1890, Julius Berger, the founding father of the company, incorporated his construction company in Germany.

In August, 1965, the company executed its first construction project in Nigeria. Its first contract was the construction of the Eko Bridge in Lagos. By then, the company was referred to as "Julius Berger Nigeria Ltd.", since it was not ready to be part of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

In 1970, it became incorporated, and it continued to carry out complex and diverse projects throughout Nigeria.

In 1991, Julius Berger Ltd. began participating in the Nigerian Stock Exchange as "Julius Berger Nigeria PLC".

In 2001, the company moved to its new headquarter in Abuja.
