Juliet Holland-Rose

Juliet Holland-Rose (born in 1992 in United Kingdom) is an English/American actress. Her mother is English and her father is an American; she has one sister. She is best known for playing Via, Keely's friend in the Disney Channel series Phil of the Future. She also appeared in Felicity: An American Girl Adventure as Annabelle Cole. Holland-Rose lived in London, England until she was 11, at which point her family moved to the West Coast of the United States. She currently lives in Beverly Hills, California.
