Julie Pinson

Julie Pinson (born November 7, 1967 in Fremont, California) is an American soap opera actress currently playing the role of Billie Reed on Days of Our Lives.
Pinson is best known for her role as Dr. Eve Lambert Collins Thornhart on Port Charles, a role she played from the show's inception in 1997 until her character was killed off in 2002.
In early 2004, she played record producer Shiloh on The Young and the Restless, a role which lasted for four months.
In September 2004, Pinson debuted on Days of Our Lives in the role of Billie Reed when Lisa Rinna, who had originated the role, declined to return.
Pinson is often confused with Rinna, with whom she shares an uncanny resemblance. In fact, when the Days producers were looking to bring back the Billie Reed character in 2002, the casting directors were quoted as saying that Pinson was their second choice in case Rinna decided to turn it down.[citation needed] Rinna did return, but declined in 2004, opening the door for Pinson to take the role.

As a child, Pinson was inspired by her mother, a classically trained opera singer, to get into acting.
Pinson married her Days of our Lives co-star, Billy Warlock (who portrayed the character of Frankie Brady on Days) in Las Vegas on August 26, 2006. The pair had been previously engaged, back in 1999.
