Julian Stair

Julian Stair was born 1955 in Bristol. He is a potter and studied at Camberwell College of Arts and the Royal College of Art, in London.
In 2002 he completed a PhD entitled Critical Writing on English Studio Pottery 1910-1940 at the Royal College of Art.[1] He is a trustee of the Crafts Council and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts .[2]
He was a finalist at the 2nd World Ceramic Exposition in Seoul, Korea, in 2003.
