Julian Francis Xavier Morrow is an Australian political satirist most famous for being part of The Chaser team, and producing their television show The Chaser's War On Everything. Matriculating from the Jesuit St Aloysius' College, Morrow is a 1998 graduate of the University of Sydney, where he studied law. His father is playwright Melvyn Morrow.

In the Chaser production CNNNN, Morrow portrayed the United States correspondent of the CNNNN team, always appearing on a plasma screen behind the main news anchors.

In The Chaser's War On Everything, his recurring segments included "Pursuit Trivia", where he would ask random Trivial Pursuit questions at politicians' press conferences, and as the Citizen's Infringement Officer, where he would give fines to people that he didn't like, he gave fake fines to parking inspectors, people with 'bad' mobile phone ringtones, 'bad' baby names and 'wanker' personalised number plates
