Julia Duffy (Axis of Time)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In John Birmingham's Axis of Time trilogy, Julia Duffy is a New York Times reporter who was embedded with the 82nd Marine Expeditionary Unit. Duffy is qualified for close level combat and tactical briefings up to and including level 4. In the course of the novels, she takes part in the Multinational Taskforce's POW raid, the D-Day Invasion and the accompanying push to Paris.

Duffy also sold off many of her older future-tech and became fabulously wealthy.
