Jules Strongbow

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jules Strongbow (also known as Chief Jules Strongbow) was the ring name of Frank Hill, a former professional wrestler.

Jules made his wrestling debut in 1982 using his real name. Later that year, he arrived in the WWF and teamed with Chief Jay Strongbow, assuming his famous ring name and billing himself as Chief Jay's brother. They formed a noted tag team, twice winning the WWF Tag Team title by defeating Mr. Fuji and Mr. Saito both times. They were defeated for the belts in Allentown, Pennsylvania on March 8, 1983 by The Wild Samoans.

After leaving the WWF, Jules later competed on the independent circuit for several years (most notably in top indy promotions like the Pennsylvania-based National Wrestling Federation and Ohio's International Wrestling Alliance) before retiring.
