Jukin' is a type of dancing, usually danced to House Music. It is highly popular in the US.

Juking is a suggestive dance, sometimes called grinding

Hip-hop and Rap music with a good, strong beat are usually juked to, especially if the lyrics are suggestive.

To juke, the girl places her hips in the boy's crotch area and the boy places his hands on her hips. Then the girl moves her hips, usually up and down (popping), side-to-side, or in a circle while pushing them into the boy's crotch reigon. The boy then tries to imitate the movement to some extent, or at least keep up with his partner.
