Wayne "Juggler" Elise is a commercial pick-up artist,[1][2] author, and performer. He is a notable character in, and author of one chapter of the New York Times best-selling book The Game. He also appeared at a function to help promote the release.[3] His company is called Charisma Arts (formerly Charisma Sciences).

Elise was the second guru (after Mystery)[4] to hold "in-field" workshops for men looking to improve their skills with women, where men are taken out and encouraged to approach women, in order that their actions may be analysed and corrected. Elise focuses on "genuinely" connecting with people, and does not encourage the use of canned material or routines, which other gurus use to demonstrate qualities to a woman, get physical, generate fun and laughter, and better understand a woman's world. In a podcast on his website he described his job as 'teaching the science of charisma'.

Elise was a renowned contributor to alt.seduction.fast, where one of his popular posts was on "How to Talk to a Woman on the Phone".[5]

His work is featured on a 2006 Channel 4 documentary on British TV called Seduction School.[6] The programme, which was broadcast on 3 August, was watched by 1.7 million viewers in the U.K.[citation needed]
