The image Image:Jugend um hitler.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Jkelly) feel it is covered by fair use because:

  1. No free or public domain images could possibly be located for this book.
  2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal copies of this book.
  3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the book in any way.
  4. For an article about this book, this book's author, or the uses to which the book has been put, the cover artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. This is the artwork, intended by the publisher for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
  5. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The cover is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original book in any way.
