Judy Turner is a New Zealand politician. She is a member of the United Future New Zealand party, having been elected to Parliament as a list MP in the 2002 elections. Before entering politics, she worked simultaneously as an art teacher and as a pastoral and community worker at an evangelical New Life Church.

In December 2004 she was elected to the position of deputy leader of United Future. In September 2005, she was only one of two United Future List MPs re-elected alongside Peter Dunne — the other was Gordon Copeland.
