Judicial District of Moquegua

The Judicial District of Moquegua is one of the 28 Judicial Districts of the Judicial System of Peru.
It's headquarters is in the city of Moquegua and its juristiction extends over the entire Moquegua Region excluding the General Sánchez Cerro Province which falls under the juristiction of the Judicial District of Arequipa.
It was created by the Law Nº 15805 and was established April 15, 2004 under the presidency of Alejandro Toledo Manrique.
