This image, Jude1.jpg, is being linked here; though the image is copyright © to Gramercy Pictures, I (Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 02:20, 2 February 2007 (UTC)) feel that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low-resolution screenshot from the programme in question;
it is being used for identification and critical commentary on the film Jude, and the role played by Christopher Eccleston in that film;
no more free alternative exists or can exist;
the use of the image in this article will in no way infringe on Gramercy Pictures' copyright, or ability to market the programme or ancillary works.
