Fíjate Bien
Fíjate Bien cover Fíjate Bien is the debut album by Juanes. The album was produced by Gustavo Santaolalla, who is known for his contributions to Latin rock tracks. All the songs on the album were written by Juanes himself. The album got Juanes an award for Best New Latin Artist in 2001. It was certified oro for selling over 100,000 copies in the U.S.

Off of the album, three singles were released; "Fíjate Bien" reached number 15 in Spain but was quite non-successful in Latin America, second single "Podemos Hacernos Daño" was also non-successful in Latin America. With the third and last single "Nada" broke through in the Unites States, peaking in the top 20 of all the Latin charts with the song.

Un Día Normal
Un Día Normal cover Un Día Normal was the second studio album by Juanes. All songs on the album were written by Juanes, except for "La Noche" ("The Night"), which was written Joe Arroyo.

The album was very successful in Latin America, being certified gold during its first day of release in Colombia. It was certified platinum and multi-platinum in countries including Colombia, Mexico, and Spain.[1]

The album won six Latin Grammy Awards, one in 2002 for Best Rock Song ("A Dios le pido") and five in 2003 for Album of the Year, Rock Solo Album, Song of the Year, Record of the year ("Es Por Ti") and Best Rock Song ("Mala Gente").

Un Día Normal received a 3x Platino certification by RIAA for selling over 600,000 in the U.S.

Mi Sangre
Mi Sangre cover Mi Sangre is the third studio album by Juanes. It is her best-performing album in the global charts and best-selling album to date. In the United States, it is also his best-selling album, selling over 800,000 copies, earning a 4x platino certification.[2]

The album received the award for 'Rock Solo Vocal Album' at the 2005 Latin Grammy Awards. Two singles from the album were also nominated for some awards; "Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor" won the prize for 'Best Rock Song' and "Volverte a Ver" the award for 'Best Music Video'.

The album spawned five hit singles, including his most successful one to date, "La Camisa Negra." The single peaked at number one in more than 15 countries worldwide. It was even so successful that it became the best-performing single ever in the chart history of Switzerland, peaking at number one with 4,691 points (as of February 12th).[3] [2]
