Juan Pablo Caffa (born September 30, 1984 in Murphy, Santa Fe, Argentina) is an Argentinean football midfielder. Caffa currently plays for Real Betis in the Spanish La Liga.

As a young boy he was part of the Boca Juniors youth system. Caffa was part of the Boca Juniors squad that won the 2003 Apertura tournament in Argentina. He was also with the Argentinean club Ferro Carril Oeste before joining Arsenal de Sarandí in 2005.

After a number of strong displays with Arsenal during the Apertura 2006 tournament , Caffa earned a 2M transfer to Real Betis in the January 2007 transfer window.

On February 4, 2007 he played his first La Liga match for Real Betis against Athletic Bilbao [1]
