Juan Manuel Asensi

Juan Manuel Asensi Ripoll (born 23 September 1949 at Alicante) is a former Spanish footballer. He played for FC Barcelona between 1970 and 1981, winning the La Liga title in 1974, two Copa del Reys in 1971 and 1978, and the 1979 European Cup Winners' Cup.
He played 41 times for the Spain national football team and scored 7 goals. He played in the 1978 FIFA World Cup and the 1980 UEFA European Football Championship.
