Juan Carlos Medina (Born on August 22, 1983), is a Mexican Footballer, currently playing for CF Atlas as a Right Wing Midfielder.
Medina debuted with CF Atlas on August 31, 2003 against UAG Tecos. He has been with Atlas ever since. Medina's has really come into his own these last few seasons. Medina played three games in 2003 with the Mexican U-20 team, and he played his first game with the senior team in 2004. His amazing form has brought him a first summons to the Mexican National Football Team with new Coach Hugo Sanchez, his first game was against Venezuela on February 28, 2007. In this game, Medina was able to earn a crucial penalty for the Mexican side, as he was knocked down in the box. Juan Carlos is an excellent Winger where he can drop off clean crosses and through balls, but he has shown that he's also at home as a standing Right Forward. He can be a great option for the Mexican Team, and he is a vital part of Atlas' offense.
