JP MorganChase Building

The JP MorganChase Building is an office building located in San Francisco. The tower lies on Mission Street, on the border between South of Market and the Financial District. Designed by famed architect Cesar Pelli, the building stands 132 m, 433 feet and has 60,800 square meters (655,000 sq. ft.) of office space. It also has two levels of underground parking. 37,000 sq. m ot 400,000 sq. ft. of the building is leased to the major tenant JP Morgan Chase. The building was completed in 2002 and currently is the tallest office tower built in San Francisco after 345 California Street, but that will change. The tower also represents a new era of office construction with 101 Second Street located nearby.
