Joystick (song)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Joystick is a 1983 hit single by the Dazz Band, one of their biggest hits.
The song is a euphemism for sex, since joystick is sexual slang for the human penis. A lyric from the song, "love is just like a video game", also signifies that the song is about making love. The phrase "Take control (of a stick [X3]), and let me play your game" is a euphemism for mutual masturbation.
This song is one of the '80s tunes that can be heard in the arcade game compilation Namco Museum 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection, for the PS2, Xbox, GameCube and PC. Apparently, Namco was unaware of the song's true meaning.
