Journal of Financial Economics

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Journal of Financial Economics or JFE, is a publication in the theory of financial economics. Being a respected journal, it receives a lot of papers submitted and chooses the best ones based on relevance to its field of specialization, reputation of the author, and quality of work submitted. The Journal of Finance, the Review of Financial Studies and the Journal of Financial Economics are without a doubt the three most prestigious finance journals in the world. The submission fee of the Journal of Financial Economics, however, is substantially higher than that of the two other journals.
