Joshua Smith (b. September 18, 1979, Salt Lake City, Utah) is a Democratic challenger for U.S. Congress in Washington 7th Congressional District. Opponents in the Primary election include incumbent Jim McDermott and Donovan Rivers. Mr. Smith's campaign focuses on three things, to empower the people, obey the U.S. Constitution, and restore civility and statesmanship to D.C.
