Josh Casaubon (born August 16, 1978 in Brunswick, Maine) is an American actor.

Casaubon is currently known for his role as Assistant District Attorney Hugh Hughes on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live, a role he has portrayed since June 2005.

In September 2006, it came out that Hugh Hughes is the biological son of Spencer Truman and Paige Miller.
