Joseph T. McNarney was a United States General. Joseph Taggart McNarney was born in 1893 in Emporium, Pennsylvania. He died February 1, 1972.
He graduated from West Point in 1915.
He served on the Roberts Commission investigating the attack on Pearl Harbor and on the Draper Committee.
He was a Military Governor of the U.S. Occupation Zone in Germany.
McNarney retired on January 31, 1952.
