Joseph Pholien

Joseph Pholien (December 28, 1884 - January 4, 1968) was a Belgian Catholic politician and member of the PSC-CVP. He was Prime Minister of Belgium from August 16, 1950 to January 15, 1952. In 1966, he became a Minister of State.
