Joseph Muscat

Joseph Muscat (b. 22 January 1974 in Pietà) is a Maltese politician and Member of the European Parliament. He is a member of the Malta Labour Party, which is part of the Party of European Socialists, and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs.
He is also a substitute for the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection, vice-chair of the delegation for relations with Belarus, and a substitute for the delegation for relations with the countries of south-east Europe.
