Joseph Milner, CBE, QFSM (1922, Manchester – 13 January 2007 in Caston, Norfolk) was a British fire service executive. He was Director of the Hong Kong Fire Services from 1951-1970 and Chief Officer, London Fire Brigade from 1970-1976.
