Joseph Grundfest

Joseph Grundfest is the W.A. Franke Professor of Law and Business at Stanford University. Grundfest is a nationally prominent expert on capital markets, corporate governance, and securities litigation.
Grundfest is also a corporate director at Oracle Corporation. Grundfest was a member of the Special Litigation Committee in the 2003 case In Re Oracle Corp. Derivative Litigation, 824 A.2d 917.
