Joseph Bottoms (born April 22, 1954 in Santa Barbara, California) is an American actor.

He made numerous guest appearances on several television series from the 1970s to the 1990s.

He is the brother of Sam Bottoms and Timothy Bottoms and is perhaps most famous for playing the role of Charlie Pizer in the 1979 sci-fi movie The Black Hole.
