Joseph-Aurèle Plourde (born January 12, 1915) is the Canadian Archbishop Emeritus of Ottawa.

Born in Saint François de Madawaska, New Brunswick, he was ordained a Priest in 1944. In 1967, he was made Archbishop of Ottawa and retired in 1989.

In 1989, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada.
