Josef Klose (born Polish: Józef Kloze), (born October 3, 1947 in Sławięcice - actually district of Kędzierzyn-Koźle) is a former Polish footballer.

Klose played professionally for AJ Auxerre [1] in France and Odra Opole in Poland. He also played for Poland national football team.

He is the father of current German footballer Miroslav Klose.
