José Manuel Velásquez

José Manuel Velásquez Castillo (born June 4, 1954 in Lima) is a retired football defender from Peru. He competed for the Peru national football team at the 1978 and 1982 FIFA World Cup, wearing the number six jersey. At club level he played his football for Alianza Lima (Peru), Independiente Medellin (Colombia) and Hércules CF (Spain).
