Jose Domingues Dos Santos (5th,August,1885 in Lavra) was a politician, jurist, professor and Portuguese journalist. Jose Domingues Dos Santos was born in the house of the Tulha, in Antela. At age 24 he married Evangelina Da Silva Ramalho.
