José Antonio Mora

José Antonio Mora Otero (1897 – 1975) was a Uruguayan diplomat. He served as the secretary general of the Organization of American States between 16 January 1956 and 18 May 1968. Before the end of his political career, Mora was selected as Urguguay's foreign minister and served in that position from 1971-1972.
