I was born in 1981 in Madrid, where I've always lived. I love my city and my country, Spain. I finished my studies on English Philology in 2006 and now I am doing a doctorate on UK and U.S. literature (my thesis will be dealing with Dystopian Literature, one of my favourite genres in literature).

I'm also an eager student of English and Mandarin Chinese. I'm always trying to improve my writing and talking skills in both languages.

• Manga: Naruto, Dragon Ball, 20th Century Boys, One Piece, Inu-Yasha, Planetes, Blame, Bleach, I"s, Ghost in the Shell, Monster, Full Metal Alchemist...
• Literature: I can't really tell which are my favourite books since I like too many of them, but some of which I've really enjoyed are: Nineteen Eighty-Four, Fahrenheit 451, Brave New World, The Sound and the Fury, The Sun Also Rises, The Bell Jar, El árbol de la ciencia, Rayuela, Anthem, The Great Gatsby, The Catcher in the Rye, most of Tennessee Williams' plays, W.E.B. DuBois' writings, Jean Toomer's 'Cane', etc.
• Music: I'm a fan of Björk, Kylie Minogue, Madonna, New Order, Joy Division, Electroclash music, House Music, Rock & Roll, etc.
• Nature.
• History (especially 20th century) in Europe.
• Travelling abroad (when I have money to do it...).
