[edit] State of siege
This article never mentions that Pacheco used the guerillas as justification to impose a state of siege which he then misused. He repeatedly violated the spirit and letter of the constitution. There is also no mention of Pacheco as a polarizing figure in Uruguayan politics. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dri3s (talk • contribs) 16:24, April 27, 2006.
- I've expanded the article somewhat; feel free to add more information, so long as you cite references. Note that the {{NPOV}} template is meant to signify a content dispute, not to request that the article be expanded. // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 22:54, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- Well yes, I realize that, but I feel that these things are so obvious that not mentioning them is a NPOV violation. --Dri3s 17:42, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
