Jordbro

Jordbro is a suburb in the outskirts of Metropolitan Stockholm, within Haninge Municipality (kommun) in Stockholm County in eastern Sweden. The construction of, what was at the time considered modern, community started in the 1960s. Jordbro was constructed as part of the Million Programme. In the late 1970s and early 1980s the environs were expanded with small one family houses and row houses on the northern side roughly doubling the size of its residential area. Jordbro has an estimated population of 9400 (2003). It is maybe best known today for its high ratio of immigrants.

The main Coca Cola factory in Sweden is situated in the industrial area on the west side of Jordbro (Jordbro industriområde).
