Jordan Parise (born September 19, 1982, in Faribault, Minnesota, USA) is an American professional ice hockey goaltender. He was not chosen in the NHL Entry Draft; he was signed to a contract by the New Jersey Devils on July 14, 2006. He is the son of former NHL player J.P. Parise and the older brother of current Devils player Zach Parise.
Jordan played two seasons in the United States Hockey League with the Chicago Steel and Waterloo Blackhawks before entering the University of North Dakota. He played three seasons with the Fighting Sioux, leaving as the school's all-time leader in goals against average (2.14).
He is playing with the Devils' American Hockey League affiliate, the Lowell Devils, for the 2006-07 season. Interestingly, two of his teammates are Stephen Gionta and Mike Pandolfo; all of their brothers (Zach, Brian Gionta, and Jay Pandolfo) play for the Devils in the NHL, marking possibly the first time three sets of brothers played for the same system simultaneously.
