Jordan Bremond

Jordan Bremond (Born June 11, 1988 in Los Angeles, CA) is an American college basketball player for Occidental College of the SCIAC [1]. The 6' 2" combo guard is widely regarded as one of the better high school players to come out of the 2006 graduating class. He has not gotten much acclaim out of high school as he was largely overshadowed by nationally recognized players such as Spencer Hawes of the University of Washington and Martell Webster of the Portland Trailblazers. Instead of "walking on" to a division 1 program right away, he opted to accept a scholarship at a lower division so that he can play right away. His decision turned out to be a good one, as he has attracted numerous division 1 programs with his athleticism, superior ball-handling, and long range shooting ability. Many people regard Bremond as the next great "diamond in the rough."
