Jordan Black (born on November 9, 1970, in Kankakee, Illinois) is an African American actor.Jordan Black started his acting career in his hometown of Kankakee, Illinois acting in countless plays and sketch shows from the 4th grade through high school. He took his first improv class at the age of twelve and felt he'd found his calling in life. Since moving to Los Angeles, Jordan has been seen on such shows as Punk'd, Free Ride, MadTV, Significant Others, Cedric The Entertainer Presents, The Andy Dick Show, According to Jim and Suddenly Susan, and appeared in the latest Christopher Guest film, For Your Consideration. Black has also appeared as a series regular on MTV's The Lyricist Lounge Show, the WB's On the Spot and E!'s Star Dates. Writing credits include Saturday Night Live, Fox's Stacked, VH1 ILL-ustrated, VH1 Big in 2002 Awards and the WB's Hype. Black has been a member of the Groundlings Theatre Company since 2000. Currently, he plays character Sebastian Yates on the Comedy Central series Halfway Home.
