Jon Turley

Jonathan "Jon" Turley (born April 26, 1971) is an English author who writes children's books.

He was born in Worcester and was a pupil at the Royal Worcester Grammar School, which he attended from 1982 until 1989.

Between 1996 and 1999, he taught at Cotwall End Primary School in Sedgley, West Midlands, in the junior department of the school. He then spent a year teaching at an English private school in Dubai before returning to England and becoming a consultant with RM Computers.[1]

His first book, The Children are Revolting, was published in 2002 under the name J.T McQueen.[2] He also published Empty pages.[3][1]
He lives in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, with his wife Helen. They have been married since 1999, and were first engaged in 1991.
