Jon Ridgeon (born February 14, 1967) is a former British athlete who was educated at Cambridge University. He is the current managing director of Fast Track, a company that organises athletics events. As well as working with Fast Track Ridgeon has also been a TV commentator for the BBC and BSkyB since retiring as an athlete.

Ridgeon competed in the 110m hurdles, winning the European junior championship in 1985, ahead of runner up Colin Jackson. He finished second to Jackson in the 1986 World junior championship and secured a silver medal in the event at the 1987 World Athletics Championships, with Jackson third. Ridgeon and Jackson's rivalry was comparatively short-lived, as the former started to develop injuries that led to his career being cut short. Ridgeon switched to the 400m hurdles before his retirement.
