This .jpeg can be found at this Yahoo group, from original Advocate Men, March 1985, Volume 1, #6. The photographer is the pseudonymous Fred Bisonnes.

This is a compressed scan of an original professional modeling photograph taken for a commercial magazine, and the identity of its copyright holder is difficult to ascertain. Nonetheless, this use of what is inevitably a copyrighted photograph is felt to fall under "fair use" as defined under U.S. law for the following reasons:

1. The purpose of the use on Wikipedia is non-profit educational purposes. 2. The copyrighted work is a photo series consisting of approximately twenty photographs, which was published only once, in a magazine. Individual photographs were not commercially sold, nor were scanned .jpegs: the value of the negatives and photos relate to their ability to sell a magazine, now long out of print, or to sell any future magazines in which they might be included. 3. We have used one (1) photograph of that series here, - less than 5% of the original series - in a lower resolution compressed format, and that 5% is the least sexually revealing and therefore least resellable of the photographs. 4. our use does not decrease the value of the original copyright, but rather increases it by enhancing the marketability of professionally printed copies of this series of photographs (either in a magazine or individually, as an art series), and indeed of any other photographs of the subject, should they ever become available again.
